Alan E. Earle
May 26, 1924 - June 5, 2014
It is with great sadness that the family of Alan Edwin Earle announce his passing on June 5, 2014 at Saskatoon City Hospital. Alan is survived by his wife Betty, his son Jim (Lynn), and his daughter Trudy (Ben). Alan is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Alan and Betty were married in 1949, and lived in Holiday Park until 1958 when they moved to Montgomery Place. In 1968, Alan and Betty moved to an acreage in Corman Park south of the city. Alan enjoyed hunting, fishing, curling and puddling around the "farm." A family gathering to Celebrate Alan's Life will be held at a later date. Donations in Alan's name can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada. We would like to thank the staff at Royal University Hospital and City Hospital for their care and compassion. Condolences may be sent to [email protected] Arrangements are entrusted to Prairie View Chapel (306-242-7884).

I was saddened to learn of Al's passing. I met Al when I went to work for Border Brokers in 1977. He was my boss there until he retired. He was always fair to me and taught me a great work ethic which I believe is still with me to this day. We shared some laughs as well as hard work. My deepest sympathy to Betty and the family. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Treasure your memories.

Jim and Lynn, Trudy and Ben, grandchildren and Betty- My wife Ann and I wish to express our sincere and heartfelt condolences to all of you. I have only happy memories of our family times spent together with the Earle clan over the span of many, many years. Be it work, hunting, fishing, camping or just socializing, it was always a highlight to spend time with Bee and Alan. We presently live in the home that Alan helped my parents build. May you find Peace as I do, remembering how fortunate I was to share in Al's life. Love to all- Rick and Ann Yano
