Miss you, your wisdom, your intelligence, and your sense of humor.

A Legend That will always live on as long as there is life. His passion for a healthy life was unmatched and could not be challenged. As life continues where ever his soul may be, we are convince it is a healthy one.

I remember Dr. Pressman's favorite was to talk about Alpha -lipoic acid, a universal antioxidant that reins in free radicals that can cause oxidative stress in the body. How it supports the regeneration of other antioxidants such as gluthatione, vitamin C, and vitamin E. He always had an informative show.

Missing you and your bright personality that just lit up every room you walked into. Remembering all the times growing up as a young kid that I got to hangout with you and spend quality time. You taught me so many different things. Wish you were here so you can see the person I grew up to be. Always will remember you and I love you Uncle Alan.

I used to listen to Dr. Alan Pressman on Saturday mornings on 1600AM, WWRL. That station was sold then changed format. After that I lost touch with his Healthline show. He always impressed me with his nutritional knowledge. And as someone who grew up in Brooklyn I remember him saying how he grew up in Canarsie, Brooklyn from a humble upbringing. This gave him credence in my book. You will always be a Brooklynite, Dr. Alan Pressman, no matter where you lived. Thanks for the knowledge you imparted. I just thought about you and used Google. So I was surprised that you left us at what I would say was still a young age. May you rest in peace.

I just discovered today, Nov. 7, 2021, that Dr. Pressman died in 2017. An avid follower of alternative medicine for 50 years, I was lucky to discover Dr. Pressman and Jerry Hickey years ago. At the time i taped many many tapes of the two of them and many of Dr. Pressman alone, mostly with pauses to avoid ads. I also have many others including Dr. Atkins and Dr. Hoffman. So I have recently heard Dr. Pressman's voice and remember how much I enjoyed him, his humor, gentleness and always wonderful knowledge of nutrition and health. I have recently begun listening again as I have some health issues and am learning again how much he knew and shared with all of us.

I always feared to hear of his passing as he got into his seventies. And suspected it although I think I just didn't want to know.

I haven´t seen or spoken to Alan in years-and this morning he was strongly in my thoughts-so I googled him and am shocked and saddened to learn of his passing in 2017.
Alan literally saved my life and began me on my lifelong journey of wellness and good health.
And he was also a friend, and I cherish our many laughs together.
My deepest condolences to Debora and his children. Please know how much his care and friendship meant to me. He was, indeed, a wonderful human being!

Today would have been his 77 th birthday

He was a truly amazing warrior for health. He helped my mother in her last years live to good health until she was 93. She was an adult onset diabetic and soared back to health after a triple bypass at 87! He and his family are in my prayers.

As Alan's anniversary approaches I wanted to echo what I have said in the past: you are greatly missed, I utilize the knowledge I attained from you in my daily life. I remember all the guidance Alan offered when I was not feeling well as well as when my children were sick. He was never wrong.
I discussed this with a friend a few days ago and said that I wished I could call and speak to him because now more than ever, because of this awful turn of events, I am sure he would have sound guidance and answers.

Today I made a visit to InVite Health to pick up a few things and I asked about Dr. Pressman. Sadly I found out about his passing. I had the pleasure of meeting with him and being advise by him. He was such a wonderful kind and gentle person.

One day I was listening to Jerry when he said the passing of Allan I quickly call his store to verify with shock and screaming I said Dr Pressman cannot die why he knows so much in medicine die so painful like that. I still don't believe he's gone why he's my medication and my world. May he's soul rest in perfectly peace.

I still miss Dr Pressman. I used to listen to his WMCA radio show in the truck as much for his energetic positive attitude as for his nutritional information.... He was a great man...

I just learned of Dr. Pressman passing. I am in total shock. My family have listened to him on the radio for years and have visit his office in New York City on 23rd Street on many occasions. He has helped my family tremendously. He is missed but shall remain in our hearts. We shall remember the lessons taught by him. We will listen to archives of him if we can. May he sleep in peace and may God continue to comfort his family and give them peace.

My condolence and heartfelt sadness at the passing of Alan Pressman.

For awhile, I have been trying to recall the name of that doctor who had suggested I visit the organization Friends In Deed. It was your thought that the organization might could help me with the death sentence diagnosis which I had been given in 1989.

One of the first steps I took to search for you after 25 years was to look through my 1991 to 1993 past agenda books which I keep stored in a box. Well, after all those many years I found your name in the 1993 book. There it was in black and white written in pencil on the page, Dr. Alan Pressman.

In my Google search to finally track you down. I read the disappointing and disturbing news of your passing. That I was not expecting or ready for. I am struck with sadness. I am sadden to hear about your passing transition.

It has been a long long time since that first time in early 1993 when our paths crossed at The Actors Fund of America where you gave a volunteer AIDS and HIV workshop on how chiropractics and nutrition might be helpful. I live with HIV. It was at that workshop, you suggested I go to FID to see if their support was something I could use. FID made a tremendous difference in my life.

Always, I have had a wonderful fondness for you for the life changing suggestion to make a visit to FID. I was at the right place at the right time. The alignment could not have been more perfect. Also, I had the privilege of several back adjustments at your Manhattan office which I believe the alignments to this day contributes to the quality of my life. I am one of the lucky ones "long term survivor."

My dearest condolences to the entire Pressman family.... I have listened to Dr Pressmen for the last two and a half years and was profoundly educated by his medical and nutritional knowledge. I have learned so much from him in fact he had changed my life.... put me on the right path to better nutrition. I was not aware that he had passed since April I'm just finding this out since this morning January 26, 2018. All I know is that I happened to listen to the 6pm show yesterday and noticed that the voice I heard was not Dr Pressman... curious I brought it up to the store clerk in Forests Hills Queens, and was told the bad news. My sincere condolences may he Rest In Peace, and I hope to see him one day in paradise.

This compassionate man took the time to listen to my situation and offered life-saving advice. I am forever grateful to you , Dr. Alan Pressman. May your wisdom proliferate into the future!

Dr Pressman opened our hearts and into the world of nutrition. How nutrition help heal the body. H e was passionate about it. He will surely be missed. May his soul rest in perfect peace.

I will always consider him a prophet of Nutrition. One of the greatest in the field. An honest and humble man who peaked my interest in the subject of nutrition. I admired him a lot but almost lost track of him once he left the radio station WABC AM radio. His legacy will live on. May God grant him eternal peace.

A close friend whom I spoke often with about restoring health vs. treating disease, introduced me to Dr. Pressman's Saturday morning radio broadcast more than 15 years ago, if I recall correctly. Dr. Pressman conveyed highly technical and complicated information which he spent a lifetime amassing, with the simplicity, direction and enthusiasm of a caring and gifted teacher. We enjoyed his method of keeping the audience so engaged with his quizzes!
In recent years, when Dr. Pressman and Jerry Hickey joined forces to continue bringing us great products and cutting edge information, which few in traditional medicine promoted, we were delighted. I was shock to learn of Dr Pressman passing. I missed hearing him and thought he was taking some time off. I was an avid listener of his show. I even woke up early on Saturdays to listen to him. Today I called an Invite Health store asking when will Dr. Pressman be at one of the stores. I was looking forward to meeting him in person and to show him my lab work. The Nutritionist Consultant informed me that Dr. Pressman was no longer working for Invite Health. I was confused and then I was told he passed away. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I had the privilege of calling into a live radio broadcast and answered one of his questions. He was kind and a gentle giant of the medical field. He will be greatly missed! Just found out about the passing of Dr pressman while listening to the Jerry Hickey he happen to mention it to a caller,my deepest condolences to his family.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr pressman at a consultation at the 6 ave and 10 street invite health store. Because of that consultation I am doing so much better with my hypo thyriod.

Dr. Pressman will be greatly missed by everyone who had know him.

They will never be another Dr. Pressman, he definitely was a guy who cared about his patients and just people in general. He help me get pass my server case of Acid reflux , where two other doctors including a specialist could fix. You will be missed, his death caught me so unexpected, I found out yesterday.

I met Alan when we were lab partners in a biology class at NYU when I was studying to become a Physical Therapist. I appreciated his humor and friendship and wisdom over the years. He taught me to appreciate Chiropractic and nutrition as important healing arts. He influenced many of us in so many positive ways. Alan we will hold you in our hearts forever. Dr Pressman advised me for over thirty years and without his advice I doubt that I would have made in into my 70s, so much are my genetic cards stacked against me. So were his he felt, but in terms of not simply the length but the quality of life he led he did a valiant job of taking on that inheritance, and in so doing helped many, many others in their own efforts to overcome a weak hand. Lovely man, magnanimous in the classic sense, a man of great soul.

Dr. Pressman was a true pioneer in the nutrition field. He made complex subjects much easier to understand. I'll miss his radio shows and his warm caring personality.

We just learned about Dr. Pressman's passing this morning. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Pressman at the Forest Hills Invite Health store. He guided us through our health issues masterfully and he took a lot of time with us. We have been long time listeners of his radio shows and I can say unequivocally he had no peers when it came to his knowledge of nutrition physiology and how it affects the body. It was as if he was our Professor in the classroom. He was revered for his vast knowledge and we learned so much from him. There are no words to express how important he was in our lives and how much he contributed to the health and well being of his "students" who were fortunate enough to have him as their teacher. Dr. Pressman...you will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace.

I feel very sad about the passing of Dr. Alan Pressman. I haven't tuned in to WMCA in a while until and today, I happened to call the 800 number to inquire of his absence. I just assumed he was either on vacation or away at a conference and Dr. Hickey was filling in. I am in shock. I met Dr. Pressman at the New Hyde Park location and he wrote down supplements I need for my joint Disease. Condolences to his family and friends. He will be sorely missed.

I am saddened to hear the passing of Dr. Pressman. I met Dr. Pressman when I went to his medical office in New York a few years ago. He was a friendly, caring and highly educated individual. I listened to him on the radio programs through the years. I would try to never miss any of his programs. There was always so much helpful information to learn about. I felt as if I was in a classroom. I'm sure that many of his listeners felt the same way. He loved doing his daily quizzes to interact with his listeners. He was truly a sincere human being. I am immensely stunned to hear just now of Dr Pressman's passing. Once I discovered him on the radio I hardley ever missed his shows. I would consider it as though I was in his class listening to a lecture.
I am a nurse but the education that I got from listening to him over the years is priceless. His legacy will live on in every person who heard the sound of his voice teaching and giving advise.

I love Dr Pressman.

Our condolences to his family. He will sorely be missed. I listened to his program on WMCA almost every day and grew in knowledge on various topics. He also helped me heal the deep necrotic ulcer in my esophagus. I will forever be grateful for his hard work and time helping so many.

I met Dr. Pressman at InVite. He was such a warm, friendly and fatherly figure when he would come into the head office in Westbury. The clients would line up for hours to meet him and get his advice. I just found out on Gary Null's show about Dr. Pressman's passing. I am sad and heartbroken, as I used to listen to him regularly on WWRL and took notes and also re-listened to his podcasts. I hoped one day I would meet him. My condolences to his family, but it is a loss to many who enjoyed hearing his uplifting voice every day and valued the health information and advice he disseminated.
