St. Luke's Hospice on November 12th, 2014, aged 77 years.
Loving husband of Angie, dear dad of Mark and Ian, father in law of Claire, much loved grandad
of Emily, Daisy, Max, Molly, Lily and Harry.
Service and cremation at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium on Friday November 21st at 3.00pm.
No flowers by request, please, donations in lieu payable to either Macmillan Nurses or St. Luke's Hospice
