I knew Alex from working with him at the City of Dallas. He was such a joy to work with, so helpful and knowledgeable. I hope his family will know how much we here at the City depended upon him and enjoyed the time we spent with him, which was cut off much too short. I am chair of a neighborhood watch group and I had the opportunity recently to work with Alex in getting street sign toppers installed in our neighborhood as well as getting new crime watch signs installed.
