Funeral Service Correction
Salt Lake City, UT-Alexander Kenneth Lloyd Alton, age 23, started a new adventure on July 11, 2013, in Salt Lake City. He was born on May 22, 1990 in Salt Lake City. Alex will be laid to rest next to his grandpa, Kenneth Lloyd Alton, who is waiting to meet him for the first time along with many other family members.
He is survived by his parents, Kennie & Melynne; sisters, Kenzie & Madelynne; the love of his life, Whitney Seal and his new puppy, Lilly.
Alex lived life with passion and adventure and was the life of the party. He loved his family and friends and would do anything for them. Alex always had a smile and something funny to say, as he made it easy to Love him in every way. He was in his third year working for Preferred Paving which was a perfect fit. He loved the physical work, being outside and not being in the same place for very long and he Loved and was Loved by his crew and co-works. Alex and Whitney recently rescued their puppy Lilly from the pound which gave him much joy. If Alex could share one thing with everyone it would be, to be Forever Strong, With Love.
Funeral services will be held at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road in West Jordan, UT on Thursday, July 18 at 11:00 a.m. Viewings will be held Wednesday, July 17 from 7-9 p.m. at the mortuary and one hour prior to services on Thursday. Interment at Redwood Memorial Park.

Melynne Kennie Zie and Mady,
My greatest memory of Alex was at Meghans wedding when he danced with all the little girls from the dance studio. He was the life of the party. now there are more little girls waiting to dance with him and I am sure he will not leave one out. we will miss him greatly with heavy hearts, but we all know he will leave the back door open and sneek us in when our time comes to join the party that he has started for us.
you were blesed to have him in your lives even if it was just a short time. He made his mark on us all and he will be forever in our hearts amd memories.

I'm so sorry about Alex...Travis will miss him. Those two have been friends since Middle School....it seems like it wasn't that long ago they were having sleepovers.
