I was remembering the first time I meet you with my son Austin. You ran up to me and gave me a hug. I smiled at you and looked at Austin. He said mom this is my friend Alex. I have never seen anyone just run and come hug me that I didn't know. I will always remember that and when I see you again I will run and give you a hug. I will miss you. Love you!

Alex was a wonderful young man. I knew him through my brother in-law, Seth. My heart grieves. I love you Alexso happy I got to meet you and have you in my life, even for a short amount of time.

Our family loved Alex and prayed for him often. I'm so sorry for your loss and we are praying for you all in NC. I so wished I could have talked to him again. He graduated from my home school and he was a very smart guy! I'm thankful to have known him. Sandra Causey, Lexington, NC

Alex- I will always remember your smile, hugs. When you were little you would ALWAYS try to take care of others. You and your cousins(zach, sam, charity) were unseperable. May you find peace and rest easy!!! Watch over your mom and sisters(aunt and grandma too) these coming days are beyond rough for them.
