Morris, Lacey and Kristen - Alex was such a kind, caring, compassionate and gentle person. She taught me so much about everything in the short time I knew her. Lessons on: taking care of a baby; raising a toddler (the last lesson was on successful potty training); decorating a home; having fun;what's truly important in life; being yourself; and being a friend were always willingly volunteered.

Thank you for allowing me to share a little bit of her precious life. I cherish all the memories I have of her, especially those that started with her saying, "Girl..."

Matthew 5:4 says "Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted." God will comfort and keep you strong during this time.

Michelle and Leslie - Alex was such a beautiful person; she got a lot of her class and poise from the both of you. You are definitely big sisters worth more than gold. The Bible says "I will turn their mourning into joy and will comfort them and give them joy for their sorrow." Jeremiah 31:13. Know that God is with you.

I enjoyed working with Alex and am saddened to hear of her passing. She was a delight to be around and always wore a great smile. My thoughts are with all those who are grieving her loss.

The shock upon learning of Alex's passing is overwhelming. To lose a loved one is more difficult than one can even begin to imagine.
