Alexis Paige Hadsell

Alexis Hadsell, age 28, passed away on June 21st, 2023 surrounded by friends and family. She was born on December 15th, 1994 in Cincinnati, Ohio to David Hadsell and the late Laurie Hadsell. She is survived by her sisters Miranda (Scott) Stapleton and Caitlyn (Jacob Wagner) Hadsell, her nephew Kalub Stapleton, her niece Caleigh Stapleton, her best friends Mark (Katiana) Charpentier, Samantha Totton, Kyra Bechmann, Jessica (Doug) Herweh, neices Angel and Charlotte, her beloved furbabies Durin, Ophelia, Atticus and Yamper as well as many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Laurie Hadsell, and her niece Willow.

Lexie graduated from Oak Hills High School and went on to attend Bellarmine University and Mount St. Joseph University. After completing her education, she pursued a career as a Specialty Resources Unit (SRU) Nurse at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, where she was known for her compassionate care and dedication to her patients. She was also a gifted makeup artist and actor at The Dent Schoolhouse, where she loved scaring people during the Halloween season.

In her free time, Lexie enjoyed traveling, special effects makeup, hiking, attending rock concerts and festivals, and was a chicken nugget connoisseur. Lexie was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Kuliga Park on Sunday, July 2nd, to honor and remember Lexie's life.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Dragonfly Foundation, a charity that was close to Lexie's heart.

Lexie will be deeply missed by her family, friends, colleagues, and all those whose lives she touched. Her kindness, generosity, and spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.
