Alfred BENARY Obituary
February 7, 1960 - October 2, 2015
It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Alfred "Fred" Benary on October 2, 2015, after a tragic motor vehicle collision. He is remembered by his partner of 16 years, Adele Dirks; daughters, Deanna Dirks and Ashleigh Dirks; sister, Edel Benary; brothers, Klaus (Brandy) Benary and Robert (Maria) Benary; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; extended family overseas; friends and co-workers. Fred was predeceased by his parents, Lotte and Hans Benary. A Celebration of Fred's Life will be held in the Water Valley Community Hall on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Special thanks goes to Dr. Phillipe Couillard and the staff at the Foothills Hospital Trauma and Palliative Care ICUs. In lieu of flowers, donations in Fred's memory may be made to MADD Calgary, 6528 - 11 Street NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 7J4. Messages of condolence may be left for the family at www.myalternatives.ca.
