Alice M. Gilbert Alice M. Gilbert, 64, a homemaker, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2003. She is survived by her husband, James R. Gilbert. There will be a private service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308. Fairchild Burial & Cremation Services (386-8686) is handling arrangements. A native of Chicago, she had lived in Tallahassee since 1988. Other survivors include two sons, James W. Gilbert of Tallahassee and Scott Gilbert of Aurora, Ill.; a daughter, Kimberly Baustian of Aurora; her mother, Mae Wylie of Tallahassee; a brother, William Wylie of Illinois; a sister, Barbara Romano of Illinois; and five grandchildren.
