Alice Tucker Hutton MARION, Va. Alice Tucker Hutton, age 82, was born on May 21, 1928, in Smyth County, Va., and passed away on Nov. 3, 2010, in Abingdon, Va. She was born the daughter of the late Walter and Gracie Blevins Tucker of Chilhowie, Va. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Gray "Boots" Hutton; and a sister, Stella Tucker Ryan. She is survived by: her sons and daughters-in-law, William Gray and Carolyn Hutton, Marion, Joe Howard and Donna Hutton, Marion; two grandsons and their wives, Brandon Gray and Laura Hutton, Chilhowie, Christopher Brian and Jenn Hutton, Atkins, Va.; one brother and sister-in-law, James and Susie Tucker, Marion; one sister, Emma Goodman, Georgia; her great-grandchildren, Brooke Eller, Atkins, Cameron Gray, Carson and Caden Hutton, Chilhowie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and a host of friends. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at the Attoway Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Creasy officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.bradleysfh.com Bradley's Funeral Home of Marion is serving the family of Mrs. Hutton.
