Alice-Marie was my cousin, her mother,
Marie, and my mother, Sereta, were
sisters from the Long Family. Alice-Marie lived with our family in the
early 50's when she was working in
Edmonton. A great person, with a
wonderful personality. I have many
memories of our times together with
her and Jack. Our deepest sympathy
to her children and grandchildren.
She was a wonderful person and will
be truly missed by all.

My wife Heidi and I would like to provide our condolences to the Maughan family. Even though I never had the opportunity to meet Alice-Marie, I heard frequent family stories from Julia. From reading the obituary, I see where Julia gets her charming personality. Our prayers are with the family.

We are so sorry and shocked to hear of Alice-Marie's passing this past week. Michael and I were in Houston for a week to be with Michael 's Mother on her 94th Birthday on Feb. 11th, and Mom just returned from 2weeks in Mexico late Feb 16th.
It is so difficult to believe that she is gone so quickly after we just saw her with Julie (thank you so much for making the time to bring her - we were all so happy to see her!) at my Dad's Memorial Service Jan.18th after his passing on Jan. 2nd.
Alice-Marie looked so well and animated and we shared some good talks and fond memories of what seems still our larger than life families over these many many years.
We will see you Tuesday evening. Please accept our extremely heartfelt condolences and prayers on behalf of our families. As was your Dad, your Mom was a treasured family friend of all of us and loved so dearly by our Mom Elaine!
