I'm so sorry me find out that Alice passed away.Sat down Fri night to read the Strathmore Standard,Hussar news, was upset to read Alice had passed away. She was a beautiful, warm, caring, great cook, and just like a mom to me. Never seem to bother her if there was 1 or 3 next kids around. If one of us in terrible we all were in terrible, spankings all around.Lots of memories were made on Gunnar and Alice's and on our farm. They are all together again,Alice Gunnar mom and dad, playing cards and shotting the bull.

Alice was an amazing woman. Running her farm, family and business with a smile on her face and was always quick to laugh. Rest in Peace Aunt Alice you deserve it. I will always treasure those big Sunday dinners on the farm, the coffee pot was always on, I had my first cup there. My condolences to Jack and family.

Dear Jack & the family of your beloved Alice. Very sorry for your loss. Alice was such a good friend of my mom (Vanda) & we like to think that they are now reunited. Coincidently they both passed on 09/22 at age 88. Sending love.....Norm & Bettie Altenhof.
