ALICE STROHM Obituary
Alice Strohm, 99 formally of Dorseyville, died on Fri., July 16, 2010 She is survived by: her son, James (Cathy) Strohm daughter, Alice Jean (Robert) Brosius Granddaughters, Debra (Rick) Unrue; Diane (Dave) Parsons; Barbara (Mark), Gretchen (Simon) Nay;, Erica Strohm; Nine Great-grand- children, and many nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Carl H. Strohm. She was the last remaining sibling of: Ruth Maxwell, George Wamsley, Grace Hutchinson, Helen Baird, Clara Guyer, Ester Donohue, Betty Grubbs, and James Wamsley. Vis. will be on July 19, 2010 from 2:00 till 4:00 & 6:00 till 8:00 PM at the HERBERT R. KING, JR. FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park, PA. Funeral services will be on Tues. , July 20, 2010, at 11Am at her church with Rev. Joe Kiewra, officiating. Please meet at the Trinity United Church Of Christ, 3712 Saxonburg Blvd in Pittsburgh, PA. Memorial donations may be sent to: Memorial Contributions can be made to the Trinity United Church of Christ, 3712 Saxonburg Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15238. Oh my goodness. Mrs. Strohm was such a great friend and neighbor to my parents on Indianola Road for so many years. So many memories of her come back. I am pleased she had such a long run.
