Mom,
Words can't express the pain I feel from losing you so soon. I just knew that we had another 20 years together. I know that you are in a better place free of pain and suffering. Rest in peace knowing that I will take care of your business as you expected.

To the Calloway Family: Your mom and my late mother were great friends and fellow choir members at Paradise Baptist Church. While I certainly know what pain you must be feeling now, I pray you will find comfort in knowing that she is now a member of God's heavenly choir. My prayers are with all of you.

To the Family of Ms. Calloway - May the presence of the holy spirit comfort you, heal you, mend you and bring you peace during this time.
Ms. Calloway will forever be remembered for her words of encouragement and inspiration to me personally. May you all find comfort in knowing "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore, "they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them. Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat upon them, nor any scorching heat. For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." Revelation 7:15-17. Know that your mother and grandmother is now angelically singing her solo in Heaven's Chorale.
God Bless You and Keep You!

A Better Place

She’s in a better place right now
Than she’s ever been before;
All pain is gone; she’s now at rest;
Nothing troubles her anymore.

It’s we who feel the burden of
Our sadness and our grief;.
We have to cry, to mourn our loss,
Before we get relief.

We know we’ll reconnect with her
At the end of each life’s road;
We’ll see her cherished face again
When we release our earthly load.
