Allan Douglas Nichols

Sixty years ago, Al was Managing Editor of the North Fulton High School Scribbler student newspaper. I was the Editor who benefitted from his total devotion to making sure the paper came together timely and well for each issue. He was also an officer in Quill & Scroll writing club and wrote for the paper. He wrote a memorable commentary for the paper: 20 Million Comics On Newsstands Now; Should Take Horror Books Off Market and it reflected his basic values, which I always admired.
