1932 - 2014
Allen Ross Wayment of Nampa, Idaho passed away November 11, 2014 due to complications from a major stroke at St. Luke's Hospital in Boise, Idaho. He was born December 3, 1932 to Ross Wayment and Sarah Ann Holmes, in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Nampa High School, and then graduated from the University of Idaho.
He is survived by his wife, Dixie; daughter Amy Monroe of Orem, Utah and her husband Ray and their children, Taylor Eshelman, Tyann Pangan, Rebecca Monroe, and Neil Monroe; son Richard Wayment of Chattaroy, Washington and his wife Penny and their children, Marinda Helm, Courtney Wayment, Paige Hudson, and Annie Wayment; daughter Linda Helt of Orem, Utah and her husband Mark and their children Allen Michael Helt, Hilary Helt, and Jeremy Helt; and daughter Sharon Wayment of Provo, Utah; his brother Stanley Wayment of San Antonio, Texas and wife Julie, and his sister Nelda Johnson of Pickerington, Ohio. Allen was preceded in death by his son Larry Wayment and his parents Ross and Sarah Holmes Wayment.
Services will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 9:00 am at the LDS Peregrine Ward, 1985 N. Black Cat Road, Meridian, Idaho. A viewing will not be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Allen's name to the LDS Humanitarian Aid Fund, or the Perpetual Education Fund.
