Alpana Garg

Alpana Garg (Gupta), 76, passed away on July 1, 2024, in Round Rock, TX. Born on June 15, 1948, in Bharat (India), she moved to the United States, where she embraced her role as a devoted homemaker, enriching the lives of her family and community.

Alpana was a graduate who dedicated her life to her family, maintaining a warm and welcoming home. She was a loving wife to her husband, Kailash, and a nurturing mother to her sons, Vivek and Vishal. She also cherished her relationships with her daughters-in-law, Renuka and Sonal, and adored her grandchildren, Devansh, Shivam, and Shivani, along with her extended family around the world.

Her home was not only a place of warmth but also of devotion. Alpana was an active participant in religious functions, frequently engaging in activities at many Hindu temples and practicing her faith at home. She found joy in cooking, knitting, and participating in religious activities, which were integral parts of her life.

A private family service will be held to honor Alpana's life and legacy. The service arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral & Crematorium, located at 5600 Williams Dr., Georgetown, TX 78633.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Austin Hindu Temple in memory of Alpana, honoring her spirit of generosity and community involvement. Her presence will be deeply missed, and her memory forever cherished by all who knew her.
