The sad news only got to me to-day.My sincere condoleances.Will always remember the good moments we spent during the semestrial revieuws of the European Pension Funds od Monsanto,and our nice dinners in Al's preferred restaurant at the Grand Place in Brussels...La Maison du Cygne....(Al used to call it "The Swan".Al was a good man .

I was so sorry to learn of Al´s death. I know you had many wonderful years together. I wish I had gotten to know him at our numerous Mary Institute reunions. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Middy I was so sorry to hear of your Dad passing away. I enjoyed the many years I worked for him at Monsanto. I learned a lot from him and enjoyed you and your mother when you came in to visit. He sounds like he had a long, wonderful life. Best wishes to you and your. Chris Roberts Diederich
