Surviving is his wife, Sharon Smith; daughter, Kyndal; sons, Bobby & Brad; 3 brothers, Bo, Thomas & James Moffett and other loving family members.
A memorial service will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday at TR Church of God.
The Howze Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
