I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. May your memories comfort your heart; and God help the Olson family during this time of sorrow. Isa.41:13

We knew Alyssa from Evident Life Church and her brother Ty. She helped lead worship for a time, and was always seeking to encourage others.
As a father of a young daughter as well (who is also a worshipper), I cannot imagine what you are going through as parents. As a family.
When my daughter was 7, she wrote her first story and I hope it encourages you. She also longed for heaven, so much so that sometimes we worried about her, because heaven and Jesus were so real and she couldn't wait to be there. Here is her story:
"When I get to heaven, I am going to walk the streets of gold.
See all the jewels and Jesus.
Then I am going to swim with the ducks."
- Gabrielle Sequeira
I know that Alyssa is enjoying heaven, walking the streets of gold, and seeing Jesus (maybe even swimming with ducks!), and I hope that this fierce longing for heaven, and the prayers and condolences of so many of us that knew her, brings some comfort to you, her family.
All of our prayers. May you find comfort in the same strong arms that now hold Alyssa.
