Amalie was one of the most extraordinary women I have ever known. I had the privilege of working with her on the Greenway Carousel. She inspired us every day. "Let the children lead the design, not the know-it-all adult professionals" was her direction. How prescient she was. Let Amalie's spirit continue to guide us. She will indeed be missed.
