Amanda Hope Rierson

Amanda Hope Rierson, 29, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Amanda was born June 16, 1982 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Thomas Alfred Welch and Gwendelyn Sally Welch. She was a lifelong area resident and homemaker. Survivors include her parents, Reverend Thomas and Mrs. Gwen Welch of Port Arthur; six children, Gracelyn Rierson, Trinity Rierson and her twin brother, T.J. Rierson, Alissa Rierson, Ashlyn Rierson and Seth Rierson; sister, Melanie Cherry and husband, Michael of Nederland; brother, Michael Thomas Welch and wife, Jamie of Humble. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Sammy Huff and Reverend Pat Lacey officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A visitation will be held on Friday evening from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
