God gave us an angel. He took you from us too soon. Sissy's a half not a whole, until you meet up again. You lived every day to its fullest with no regrets. Never looking back. You brightened the lives of everybody around you. We can never fill the space you've left in our hearts. You were always full-speed ahead. Our baby girl, you can stop running now.
She is survived by husband, Chris; mother, Michelle; father, Scott; sister, Sarah; grandparents; Joe & Penny Scholl, Phyllis & Jim Pfeffer and Jeanette LeBlanc; other family and many friends.
Visitation, Thursday 4-8 PM at Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, 850 E. Main Street, Anoka. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday 11:00 AM at Church of St. Gerard, 9600 Regent Avenue N., Brooklyn Park, (763-424-8600) with visitation one hour prior to mass.

I think about Amber often, who she was how she laughed how she got when she was uncomfortable or upset how bashfully weird she got if you were to shower her with compliments, amber always deferred to Peter and Lois of family guy to relieve the tension it always made me laugh. I know there will never be another like her. The tenacity that amber had was just unparalleled, she didn’t pause and wait for anything she just went out and got it. if she decided she wanted something then there was no stopping her, she was gonna get it done no question. I think about her every day and I just, miss her. I miss who she brought out in me. I miss who she brought out in other people. Wonder and awe, amazement, hope. Somehow she made the seemingly impossible, become a possibility. Captivating. She was a beautiful person, as well as a beautiful woman. One of the strongest I’ve ever met. I miss you amber. The world is missing you. But I remember you. I’ll always remember you. We, will always remember you.

I never got the chance to really get to Amber well but i met her at a Bella Donna orientation she was showing us runway walks and other model stuff. She was so funny and had the most beautiful smile:) I could not help but laugh the majority of the time her sense of humor was one of a kind.. God gained another beautiful angel and may you continue to watch over your loved ones Amber. Rest In Peace....

Dearest Amber, you were the apple of everyone's eyes when you entered a room. You had a smile that was contagious, a laugh that was unavoidable and a heart that was so big there was no room for hatred. I loved you for many reasons, and that love does not end. I remember the year Amber and I went trick or treating and we started at my house and made it all the way to Brittany Park, and in the middle we switched costumes just so we could get more candy. I'll never forget the first time i met amber, It was with our mutual friend mary and all i can really say so make something short is that there was never a dull moment that night and all of us around six people were constantly laughing amber was usually the one making us laugh and have one of the best nights of my life. I was friends with Amber at Petco, where I could rely on her to make me smile and brighten my day. I always admired Amber's confidence & sweet, sparkling personality. She was 100% true to herself and lived life HER way, no matter what anyone else might think. The girl had moxie, and we loved her for that. She will be very missed. My heart goes out to her family & loved ones. I'm so very, very sorry for your loss.

Several years ago at your house when our girls were little, Amber and Sarah took Anna for a "walk". When they returned, they said, "We need to show you something - it's really cool!" I walked with them to the neighbor's home where I was immediately introduced to kittens! They all knew I wouldn't have agreed to adoption had they just asked me - but if I saw the kittens, I would fall in love. And they were right! Anna wanted one of the kittens, but Amber said we should take both because the remaining one would be lonely. We did! That's the Amber I knew - full of love and life. And that's the Amber we will all remember. She lived a big life in a short amount of time and will leave a big hole in the hearts of so many who knew her. "God has many ways of reminding us that the beautiful spirits who have touched our lives soar higher and farther than we would ever imagine, all the way to perfect peace and freedom with Him." Amber is truly one of God's beautiful spirits.

Memories of my cousin Amber for myself include: summer vacationing at Camper Paradise, Deer and Duck hunting at the cabin, golfing at the pole shed tourney, and watching her get married. I videotaped Amber while she was singing with the Sold Outs in Mason City, IA. This was the only time I met her. She was very beautiful and had a good stage presence. It saddens me to learn of this loss. I'm glad the DVD from that show gives people something additional to remember her by.
