To everyone who ever knew Amy. She was a shining light in the darkness. one of if not the most beautiful people I had ever had the pleasure of knowing. She will be terribly missed by everyone.

Dear Warren & Family,
My heart goes out to all of you. We will miss Amy in so many ways and are blessed to have known her. Amy's love of life, sense of adventure, smile and laughter will always be a part of us. Thank you for the memories and may you play your best round ever and celebrate with a fireball toast.

We were so surprised and sad to hear of the passing of Amy! Not only was she a good golfer, but a very classy gal. We have wonderful memories of the fun we had after tournaments and our end of the season banquets. So many laughs and good times!

I am very sorry to hear about Amy's passing. Amy and my brother Mark were very close in high school. I remember her coming to our house to visit. My mom and dad really liked her.
