My heart goes out to the family of Amy Holliday. This was a tragic and senseless act that took away someone who was loved by many. Please put this in Gods hands to help give your family the strength to continue to live. Amy would want that for everyone. God needed an Angel in Heaven, and He definately picked the best one possible. Unfortunately that meant taking Amy from her friends and family. She will always be watching over everyone. God Bless your family.
i am a Nurse with VNA and I am so happy that I had the pleasure of working with such an amazing person. She is going to be missed by many.

To Amy's family, I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Amy from the nursing program. She was a wonderful clinical partner and would have made a fantastic nurse. The love she had for her two children was indescribable as she talked about them all the time. Amy always kept her head up and did a good job in helping her classmates from losing their sanity. Amy always made us laugh and was just a great person to be around. God bless you girl, you will never be forgotten and will be sadly missed.

To the Vathy Family:
I was so shocked to hear about the news of Amy's passing. I know I fell out of touch with you all when we moved from Akron. I have nothing but fond memories of us growing up together. I was always closer to Nicole, but we were always in cahoots with something. Amy would always be the one to take the hit for everyone so no one else would get into trouble. I have endless memories of getting in trouble on the bus rides into school. I loved the summers growing up. We'd all ride our bikes to A&J's in Wollcottsville or go fishing. And there was the one summer we built our fort and Amy had all these ideas to decorate it up. Amy had the most addicting laugh I'd ever heard. I can't believe something like this could happen to someone with such a good heart. Please feel free to contact me.
