Didn't I just talk with you the other day asking you the recipe for Bhadusha? It might be 7 yrs since you left us to be with Swami.....but your memories are still so fresh.....it's because you were special to many and your caring nature and urge to help others is never forgotten.
I wish I had another chance to see you...but you are always remembered by many in form of beautiful thoughts and laughs....... MISS YOU!!!!

Dear Mami,
It feels like it just happened yesterday and its one year since I spoke to you physically even though I keep talking to you mentally everyday. There were occassions when I wanted to grab the phone and ask you for a quick receipe that you can teach me. Even though you are physically not present, your mental presence is always with me and I know you will guide me in the right direction

21 years ago, hailing from Madras, I was made to feel right at home by Anandhi Aunty and her family. The number of times she fed me traditional South Indian food cannot be counted. I participated in many Thamizh pandigais with them. These memories, I will cherish. Most of all, I will miss her hearty smile. Will miss you very deeply, Aunty.

From the year (2001) my family and I landed in Raleigh from Middle East, the first and best friend we got was Babu Krishnamurthy and Anandi Mami. My association with Sai center started from their place. Neither have I sung in my life nor have I sat for bhajans before. They are the ones (especially mami) who forced me to singing and gave me confidence to sing in a group. Whatever I am in the Raleigh Sai Center is mainly because of them.

Without fail, they used to take part in all our family functions/events. She has been a well-wisher of our family and an adviser as well.

Since the time I saw her sick lying in the bed, I had tough time looking at her as I always used to see her so cheerful and talking about various miracles that happens among Sai devotees in the known circles. Inside my heart, I was hoping a miracle would happen that would save her. I am extremely disappointed, especially since the tragedy happened to one who was very close to Baba and who believed in Swami's miracles. I was thinking that the medicine she was taking will buy her time, by the time which we can find alternative cure. But, Swami took away mami so quickly.

The songs she used to sing "Bhava bhaya harana Vanditha Charana.." and "Jaya Jaya Girija Baala Gajanana" most of the times, I haven't heard anybody singing in RSC and reminds me of her all the time.

Maami, you will always live in our heart. Sairam.

Anandhi was a great friend, mother, wife and Sai devotee , who nurtured everyone , whatever the age. I was one of the recipients, of her wonderful friendship( when I moved from DC , every Thursday we will meet at her home. We started with great tea, followed by Bajans for half hour and then dinner. She would encourage me to sing and built my confidence while I was staying alone in Raleigh.. She loved sharing the experiences the other devotees had with Baba and took so much pleasure in their experiences. We will dearly miss her but we have the wonderful memories to cherish.

You taught us how to accept a person as he is and encouraged him to go reach his limits. I remember the days when you use to sit at the entrance of the bhajan hall and looking for anybody who needs help. You showed us how we can contribute to an organization at the individual level. Everytime we came to your house, you filled our heart with joy. We will carry the guidance and knowledge you shared with us in the past and pray you will guide us in the future as a guardian angel. We will remember you everytime we hear "Bhava bhaya harana " . Sridhar, Srividhya, Samhitha
