André DROUIN Obituary
Passed away on January 12th 2013 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by his father Ubald Drouin and his son Roch Séguin. He leaves
in sorrow his mother Marie Paule Duquette, his beloved spouse Ginette Séguin and loving son Éric Séguin. Dear brother of Denis (Suzanne), Normand, Liette (Léo Godard) and Suzanne (Robert St-Denis). He also leaves his good friend Ernest Boutilier and many nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces and friends. Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday January 18th 2013 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp Funeral Home (180 Montreal Rd, Ottawa) followed by a Memorial Service at 11a.m. at the chapel. In Memory
of Mr. Drouin, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.

My condolences to the family. As a member of the Fifty Fifty Club I only met Andre a few times. I really enjoyed his easy going laughter and warm heart.
I will remember him always. He will be missed.

I would like to offer my most sincere condoleances to Andre's family for their loss. I attended Andre's funeral service yesterday and I was not surprised to see the enormous number of people who turned out to pay their last respects. The chapel, hall and greeting room were so packed that I was not able to make it to the family reception line to personally offer my sympathies. I did however get a chance to meet a number of childhood friends that I had not seen for over 40 years and we shared our memories of Andre, his big heart and his joy of life. I am sure Andre was watching from up above and had his huge smile as he watched his family and numerous friends celebrate his life.
I will always cherish memories of our childhood together playing hockey, ball or attending Eastview High.
Rest in peace old friend.
