Its hard to believe she is no longer with us. She lived a beautiful life here and she will live another beautiful life with the Lord. Sympathy to Ned and all the family. She will be greatly missed.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Pendleton family with the passing of Andrea. For many years, parts of my life have been interwoven with most all the Pendletons, either in a professional way through the Peoria Heights School District and Peoria Heights Police Department, or socially as just a family acquaintance and friend. There is no finer family in Peoria Heights than that of Ned and Andrea Pendleton. I have only the highest regard for her as a loved family member, as a Peoria Heights resident and community supporter, and as a kind friend who always treated me with respect, courtesy, and friendship. Her children are a reflection of the love and nurturing both she and Ned afforded them as caring parents who taught them valuable lessons about life and the importance of faith and family. Andrea always greeted me with a warming and endearing smile. She was a courageous lady who fought personal battles with optimism, dignity, grace, and faith. As a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, her patience, guidance, smiling wisdom, and calming presence will be both missed and always held in the hearts of her loving family.
