Andrea Landis Solomon

I just googled my old roommate from Boston University in 1965, and to my sorrow, found her obituary. I remember a few things about Andrea that I'd like to share. She loved classical music and could identify a composer after hearing a few measures of music. While the Beatles blasted sometimes, Andrea kept us cultured. She had an Aunt Rae who sent us the best sour cream coffee cake ever. And my roommate Lianne and I really liked her. Sadly, Lianne died this past Tuesday- which spurred me to find ties with college. I am sorry that she died so young- after suffering with MS. My sympathies to you. Wish I reached out sooner. Simmi Price Hurwitz - Berwyn, PA

I was saddened to learn about Andrea Solomon's passing. My condolences to Steve, Amanda and Dina. I still have fond memories of Andrea as a mom of young girls, a terrific cook, and everyone having so much fun together in NH. She was a terrific lady.
