Andreas Scott-Hansen Obituary
Born April 20, 1938, in Oslo, Norway. Andreas spent his early years shaped by both Norwegian heritage and an International outlook. He attended St. Albans school in Washington, D.C. and later graduated from Georgetown University. After completing his studies, Andreas returned to Norway, where he proudly served in the Norwegian Military
Much of Andreas's professional life unfolded in New York City, where he built a distinguished career in the maritime industry.. He served as CEO of Manta Marine, a shipping g company that took him to ports across the globe. A true sailor at heart, Andreas found his greatest joy on the water, where his lifelong love of the sea was most alive.
Andreas will be remembered as a true Gentleman, and for his adventurous spirit, and global perspective. Above all, he was devoted to his family.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Justine; his three daughters Diana, Alexandra and Evelyn, who is deceased. Eleven grandchildren and two great grandsons. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. He was the true anchor in all our lives. Justine was his final Harbor - a place of love, safety and peace.

We have known Scottie and Bea for over half a century and we cannot express in words how much we will miss them. They were so much part of many of our lives and leaves us with a permanent sadness that cannot ever be replaced
A little vignette- Scottie also loved flying and with an instructor was renewing his flying skills a few years ago in Vero Beach in small planes, When we hear the motor of a small plane overhead in the clouds we think that is Scottie looking down at us
