A short note would be talking politics with Andy. My favorite memory was the delicious home made chili that Andy prepared and graciously shared with me ( a big bowl ) on a cold, rainy, winter day.
That chili was so good, a gold medal is in order! A silly but loving memory.

I met Andy through my long relationship with Angelika. I got to know him more after we relocated to Yountville. I love his dry wit and sense of humour. He could always tell me a joke or trick me! I loved seeing him driving his convertible! We spent time together at lots of dinners, lunches, parties and just getting together. Andy was a fine gentleman and I will miss him. Hugs to Angelika! He was the BEST!

Andy was my 'American' cousin. We had gotten to know each other many years ago. It has been a lovely experience and I will remember my many visits to California fondly

We knew Andy only for the last 4 years and were charmed by his grace and wit. After reading about his life we realized what an amazing career and interesting life he had. We are sad to loose him so soon in our friendship.
