I am deeply sad for the passing of Andy. I am still in shock and can't believe why this has happened to someone so great. I worked with Andy and Heather at Safeway in Kirkland when they both were employees along side me. They are amazing people. I pray for strength for you all! I am sad I didn't get to say goodbye.... "The Lord gives and the Lord takes...blessed be the name of the Lord."

Ken, Cheryl, Ben and Heather, I just heard of your tragic loss. I have no words to express my heartfelt sadness for those remaining. We all know that Andy is in a better place, but that does not remove the big whole in your hearts. I remember one of the first things Andy learned to do before he was one year old was to hold his arms up to show "touchdown" while watching the Huskies With Ken.. Hold on the the memories! I remember Andy best when he was so young, earning his wings at poetry readings (with Ken proudly in his shadow.) He had a power-house of a personality and the warmest smile. I was very sad to hear of Andy's passing. He was such a special friend of mine in highschool and helped me get through the tough times. I am sad to say I didn't get to see much of him after highschool but he was always someone I thought of often. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

We are so deeply saddened. We are so sorry, please know we will always remember Andy has such a wonderful guy, kind, sensitive and fun.

Ken, Ben, and family,

I had the honor of watching your son and brother Andy grow up in a loving family, from the time of his birth to becoming the fine young man that he was. Andy was kind, funny, and unique in ways that made him the wonderful person he was. I am profoundly sorry for your loss. He is with his mom now and will remain in your (And all) hearts forever. I'm sorry I was unable to attend his service but I hear it was wonderful and moving.

Ken, I'm shocked. I am so glad I got to catch up with Andy when I ran into you to at Medina. I have the fondest memories of Andy following me around your house during your various remodel projects. He was so inquisitive and sweet. My prayers go out to you and your family. Mark Patterson

I heart sick to hear of your loss. It is never easy to lose a child. My oldest son was taken three and a half years ago. I know your pain my friend. I am sorry I cannot attend, but you and your wife will be in my thoughts.
