To the Engeldinger Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. We, as parents, do the very best we are capable of doing in raising our children. The article in the Tribune yesterday certainly displayed that of you. May the love, prayers and support of everyone who knows you, give you strength, now at this difficult time!

Engeldinger Family -
My deepest sympathies for your loss. The community reaches out to comfort you. Thank you for speaking to the StarTribune. Your story brings to light the devastation of what mental illness can bring to a person, a family and a community. There are no words to adequately explain what may have been going through Andrew's mind. And there are so many questions left unanswered. My heart goes out to you and your family for your courage, love and faith in your son.

While I didn't know Andrew, I totally understand living with a mental illness. The article in the Star Tribune just made my heart ache. I can't even imagine what the family is going through. I am a huge NAMI advocate and I am glad NAMI was there for the family. I wish you peace.
