The heavens just became rich with love and light. You are whole and healthy. You are our Angel that lifts our spirits and reminds us to be humble and thankful. You gave us the ability to dream with no limitations, and fly high into the sky with imagination and creativity. You were life at its best. I know you'll be by my side always. I love you Andrew and can't wait to see you one day. I plan to play and run and jump and laugh with you, so please say you'll greet me when I make it to heaven. I will dream of you always.... My fellow firefighters from across the country are out in force collecting donations for the MDA. All in the hope of one day finding a cure. Please take time this weekend to make a special donation in memory of this wonderful young man. You have my deepest sympathy and prayers.

I remember the day you were born and the joy you brought to your family. You will be missed. My deepest sympathies to all who knew you.

You have my deepest sympathies. Our own family knows the difficulties and pain of this disease. The three sons of our oldest daughter are afflicted with Duchenne and three others in the extended family have passed away because of it. While I did not know Andrew, I suspect he made the most of his life while he was here and will be forever in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved him.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please make a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association this weekend during the telethon to help MDA in research and resources for families. Thank you.
