I didn't know Andy went 'home' until after the funeral. Sorry I missed it. I will miss his strong living testimony. May God comfort those he left behind.

Andy was a joy to know as a friend and he made this world, and those in it, better. He will be sorely missed. My family's thoughts and prayers are with Andy and his family.

I met Andy when we worked together for VTC; a company that stood for "Value The Customer" and Andy epitomized a person who "Values" others. Whether it was at work, at happy hour, at Bible Study, while skiing, or at a picnic... Andy was exactly what is written about him below... "A Generous, Kind, Loving, Servant of Jesus Christ" a person who valued everyone around him and in doing so brought out the BEST in everyone around him!

His battle with cancer did not diminish his light and spirit, but rather reminded the rest of us around him of how richly we have been blessed and how graciously a person could handle the worst this world has to offer!

Andy, THANK YOU for your guidance, your friendship, your ski tips, and your presence. I know you are with our Savior in Paradise and I commend you and thank you for the way you lived your life while you were with us.

Patti, while we will all miss Andy, I pray that God will bless you, support you, and even carry you and your family as you deal with your loss. Know that when our short time here on earth is finished, we will be reunited with Andy in our perfect flesh, free from disease, pain, and sorrow, for all eternity in Heaven. God Bless You!

I knew Andy first as a co-worker but then as a good friend as time went on. He was positive and always had a smile on his face.

As the cancer progressed, even though he was in pain, he never complained and still would have a smile on his face. He had great courage and faith.

Andy, you touched many hearts, including my own. God Bless you!

Patti, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Patti,

Although I returned to BSF not long ago, I had the privilage of getting to know Andy as a Generous, Kind, Loving, Servant of Jesus Christ. He exhibited the courageous battle with the cancer he endured, but still found the time, & Love to share Christ with everyone he knew!!!!! His talent & generousity will be missed by all who knew him.

He will be missed, but I rejoice his suffering is over now & I look forward to seeing him again with our Saviour Jesus! Well done FAITHFUL SERVANT! REST WITH CHRIST JESUS AT YOUR SIDE!!

I've been fortunate to have known Andy for many years as office cube mate, co-worker, ski buddy and confidant. Andy was always ready to help whenever needed, offer kind words of encouragement and lived life to the fullest. That is how I will always remember him!

Thank you, Andy, for the memories and for being an incredible example of strength and faith. May you rest in peace, my friend.

Since I am on a mission trip in Berlin, Germany; I will not be able to attend his funeral. I appreciated Andy's courage to persevere with BSF even though I knew that he was not feeling well. Now Andy is in the presence of our Lord Jesus and has joined that great cloud of witnesses in Hebrews 12:1. Andy is now full of joy with no cancer. Praise the Lord for his homecoming.

Andy was in my BSF bible study class for many years. He was a man of God that I looked up to. Andy and our group went on many BWCA canoe trips together. We had great times and many laughs together. He will be missed greatly. My prayers are with you and your family Patti.

Andy was my senior prom date in 1979. I had never attended a prom and I will never forget how wonderful he treated me and has blessed me with a beautiful memory of a beautiful time so long ago. He treated me with so much respect and tenderness of which this young woman never had before. Thank you Andy for your kind and beautiful spirit that I am sure is with the Lord now in paradise for eternity. Gods peace and comfort to your family in their loss.
Love,
Lisa (Galle)
