Pam -
Its been many years since I last heard from you but please know there was always a special place in my heart and my memories of our High School Days and our weddings. I was shocked and saddened to hear the tragic news of the loss of your husband and soul mate. Our faith tests us all the time and the loss of a spouse is one of the hardest. From what I read you shared a wonderful live with Andy and your children. May that strong love of the past and the wonderful memories heal your heart. You must remember that Andy watches and prays over you and the children everyday. My sincerest sympathies and now it is time to celebrate the time you all had with him and live for tomorrow, he would want you all to smile and remember.

Dear Pam and family,
I had the sincere pleasure of knowing Andy many years ago when I worked at The William Lyon Company. I have since moved away from the area, but my memories of Andy, his laugh, and his devotion to his family have always remained with me. I am truly sorry to hear about his passing, and I keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Andy at the William Lyon Company. There are too little superlatives to describe this truly wonderful individual, who made working with him not only a pleasure but also an honor. As I write, I also weep. May his family find peace knowing he will be forever in the hearts of so many people who had the privilege of knowing him.

Dear Knapp Family: Dick and I never had the blessing of meeting Andy, but we were fortunate to be on the Orange Team in Lourdes with the Order of Malta and were able to pray for Andy as if he were with us. God Bless. With love and prayer, Regina and Dick Hunsaker

That laugh and Andy's easy going manner will be my personal memories. As a subcontractor, it was always a pleasure to work on projects Andy was charged to oversee. My deepest condolences to the family.

I had the genuine pleasure to work with Andy from 1984-94 at The William Lyon Company. I will always remember his dedication to excellence (learned well from George Lacko), his sincere friendship, and quick smile and laughter. His love for his family and children was inspiring and unconditional. Andy was a very special guy who will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. My deep sympathies to the family and prayers for God's strength and comfort during this time. We will rely on God's eternal promise for a heavenly reunion one day.

Andy,
What can i say about an annoying little brother who grew to be one of the most awesome and influential people i know? You touched so many people in your short life. I will miss you terribly. I love you, Andy.

Andy, you were a great "little" brother. You showed this big guy how ones life should be lived. I'll miss you, and remember, I love you man. Martin
