Born on October 28, 1942 in Shamokin he was the son of the late Julia (Tishey) and Joseph Pavelko.
Andrew graduated from Lincoln High School in 1960 and then graduated from McCann's School of Business where he studied accounting.
Andrew worked many years as a controller for Northumberland County Housing Authority. He was also major in the Civil Air Patrol.
He was of the Catholic faith and was a member of Mother Cabrini in Shamokin. Andrew also belonged to the Knights of Columbus and several local fire companies. He enjoyed going to the casino and doing puzzles.
In addition to his parent's he was preceded in death by; 4 brothers Frank, John, Mike & Edward; 2 sisters Vicky & Catherine.
Surviving are; brother Andrew Pavelko, Shamokin; brother George Pavelko, Shamokin; sister Josephine Cobin, Shamokin; many nieces & nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday September 18, 2025 at 11:30 AM at All Saints Cemetery in Elysburg.
