My loving partner Andy, the void left by your passing on 1 April 2012 is huge given your strong vibrant personality. Your unwillingness to give in, has done you proud battling your illness and although we miss you so much the relief that you are no longer in pain eases the pain of losing you. We were honoured and blessed to have had you in our lives and were there to support you on your final and most difficult journey. Our thoughts and prayers are with those whom you touched with your spark of life at this very sad time.
