Andrew ROSS

ROSS, Andrew Age 82, died at Hospice Simcoe on April 17, 2019. Andy was born on November 3, 1936 in Broughshane, Northern Ireland. He lived in Ballymena and Belfast, Northern Ireland as well as Toronto and Barrie, Ontario. He worked as a mechanic, salesman and musician. He was happiest singing and playing guitar and did so for many years in his band, Andy Ross and the Bluenotes. During his retirement, he took up teaching guitar and playing golf. Andy was a loving husband to Sandy, a dedicated father to Michele (Ken) and doting grandfather to Claire. He was greatly loved by his family and friends and will be missed by everyone. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, upon Andy's request. In memory of Andy, Sandy and Michele ask that donations be made to Hospice Simcoe. Sandy and Michele would like to extend their deep gratitude to the loving nurses and staff at Hospice Simcoe. Their care and dedication were sincere and unwavering during our time of need.
