Andrew Philip Schuck

I'm saddened to learn of Andrew's passing. The last time I saw him, he was still happy to share in social conversation and his incisive political commentary. Andrew helped to achieve a significant result in his work as legal counsel on the McLeod Lake Treaty 8 Adhesion Agreement and we shared many a laugh at the negotiation table, during which time he also made sure to keep the government representatives on their toes. His emails were sharp, incisive and often witty. My very sincerest condolences to Ikram and his children and grandchildren.

We are extremely saddened and shocked to learn of Andrew's passing. Our sincere condolences to dear Ikram and the families. Our thoughts are with you all.

Andrew was a very accomplished person. I knew him to be generous with his time and interested in the wellbeing of others. He was a great mentor. I'm going to miss him. My thoughts are with you Dave, Andy, Anneka and Ikram.

Heart-felt sympathies go out to the Schuck families. When learning of Andy's passing, words don't describe the loss of Andrew Phillips Schuck. Good thoughts best describe my feelings of this busy family man-the over-achiever academic, the athletic one, and good friend. He and I are about the same age. So I've been very fortunate to have known Andrew almost my entire life. In childhood years, his parents and mine too were especially the very best of friends. Our parents went out to visit and entertain together. Our families visited each other's homes frequently. As youngsters Andy and I saw each other often. On behalf of all of the McDowell's, especially my wife Helena and, myself, our condolences to all. RIP old friend.

I am greatly sorrowed by the passing of my more than 60 year friend , Andy got me my first job at Foodland when I was 14, we took my first trip out of Saskatchewan by bus to visit his cousins in BC when I was 15.He was my end when I QBd Scotts football team. Andy took Law in Saskatoon when I took Engineering.We played 8 man football then and there was this guy grinning at me on the defensive line when I was at QB. He broke through the line and face to face said I got you Roy and I said is that you Schuck. We kept in contack all these years and when I talked to him three weeks ago he was sounding better and upbeat. I will greatly miss our conversations about the Riders and world politics.Fairwell my friend.

My condolences to the family of Andy Shuck. Andy and I played football together at Scott Collegiate. I always found him to be a great team player and a pleasure to play beside. I'm sure he will be missed.
