I first met Andy in the early '90s when he was stationed in Hickman, KY with the Coastguard, we spent many many weekends together, hanging out and having a good time, although I have not seen Andy in years, I will never forget those times...best times in my life...he was a good friend and he will be missed by many.....RIP my friend, I will see you again someday
