Andrew Victor "Andy" Singer, age 50, passed away on May 9, 2025, in Wallowa, Oregon. He was born on March 9, 1975, in Mesa, Arizona, and spent his early years between Arizona and Idaho, attending school in both Chandler and Payette. Andy is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Hailey of Redmond, Oregon. From his first marriage, he had a stepson named Darren. Later in life, with his fiancée Christina, he helped raise three stepchildren: Beretta of Wallowa, Oregon; Samuel of Payette, Idaho; and Katarene of Wallowa, Oregon. Among the greatest joys in Andy's life was being a PaPa to Elijah and Elayna. His granddaughter Elayna, at just three years old, brought light and laughter into his world and held a special place in his heart. He is also remembered by his mother; his siblings-brothers James and sister Patti; as well as numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles. Andy found peace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether casting a line into quiet waters or walking the green with a golf club in hand, fishing and golf provided him with moments of reflection that he deeply cherished. A Celebration of Life will be held on July 2 at 3:00 p.m. at the Senior Center, 204 E 2nd St., Wallowa, Oregon. May the memory of Andrew Victor "Andy" Singer bring comfort to all who were touched by his presence. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those he cherished most.
