ANDREW R.
Age 87, on Monday, July 3, 2006 of Pleasant Hills. Husband of the late Kathleen (Davis) Surenda; loving father of Diann (Bill) Willett, David (Julie) Surenda, Kathy Surenda of Towson, MD, Donna (John) French, Denise (Joe) Urey; brother of Edna Alma, William Surenda and the late Rita Surenda. Also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Friday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Elizabeth Church, at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to St. Elizabeth Church, 1 Grove Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.

We are very sorry for your loss. Jeanie and I live down the street at 212 Melvin and always enjoyed speaking with Mr. Surenda during our walks. He was a gentleman and will be missed.
