Angela M. Bruton

Angela Angie M. (Gallo) Bruton, 76, beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away on December 30, 2014 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Springfield on March 27, 1938 to the late Saverio and Theresa (Belcamino) Gallo. Angie earned her Masters Degree from Cambridge University and was a social worker for over 10 years at Behavioral Health Network. She was a member of the Italian Womens Club and the East Longmeadow Senior Center. She enjoyed traveling and was an avid gardener. In addition to her parents Angie was predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond Bruton Jr.; and her brothers, S. Peter Gallo and Anthony Bebe Gallo. She leaves her 2 daughters, Debbie A. Bruton of Springfield and Kelly Geier and her husband, Mike of John Island, SC; and her grandson, Frank Bruton. Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, January 2nd from 4-8PM at Forastiere Smith Funeral Home, 220 North Main St., East Longmeadow. Angies funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, January 3rd at 10AM followed by burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
