ANGELA SALVATI Obituary
EWING
Angela Salvati, 76, of Ewing, entered into God's eternal rest on Friday, Feb. 7, 2018 at Capital Health Systems at Hopewell.
Born in Ceccano, Italy, in the Provence of Frosinone, Angela immigrated to the United States in 1959, and resided in New Britain, CT, prior to moving to Ewing 14 years ago. She was retired from Emhart Corp. in Berlin, CT, where she was employed for 32 years. She was a parishioner of Incarnation-St. James Church, a member of its Senior Citizens, a member of the Holy Name Society, the Calogero Society, and the St. Joseph Society. She loved to cook and made the best meatball, and she was an excellent seamstress. She had a green thumb and loved gardening and planting flowers.
Angela was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
The daughter of the late Antonio Salvatore and Maddalena (Micheli) Mizzoni, she is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Pacifico Salvati; her three children, Anthony Frank Salvati and wife, Nancy, of South Windsor, CT, JoAnn S. and husband, Thomas McCarthy, of Aurora, CO, and Mark Ernest Salvati and wife, Latifa Benmassaoud of West Lake Village, CA; six grandchildren, Christine, Matthew, Michael, and Touria Salvati, Nicole and Carlie St. Onge; a great-grandson, Remi Watson III; three siblings, Vittoria Masi, Sebastiano Mizzoni and wife, Anna, and Josephine and husband, George Cuff; a niece, Sarah Cuff, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, Sept. 10, 2018, at 10 a.m., at St. James Church, 29 E. Paul Ave., North Trenton, NJ. Cremation will follow and will be private. Family and friends may call Sunday, from 3 to 5 p.m., at the Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave., Ewing, NJ 08638.

Chris, I am so sorry to hear of Angela's passing. I have never met a woman like her, a true angel on the earth.She made quite an impression on me, as did you. We must all remember, we are not permanent residents of the earth. We go back to our Creator's loving arms, where there is no more pain, only love.
