SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mrs. Angela Brown Simpson, 50, passed on Friday, October 3, 2014. Angela was the daughter of the late James and Channie Williams Brown. Mrs. Simpson was the wife of Devin Simpson.
Left to cherish fond memories are: her husband, Devin; her ten children, Shorelle Brown, Donald Abrams, Travis (Stefanie) Miller, Yvette Brown, Michael (Georgette) Moton, Jr., Mikell Simpson, Shavonn Brown, Javonn Brown, Shaquille Kelley and Devesha Simpson; her ten siblings, Trudy Williams, Barbara (Roderick 'Van') Pope, Cynthia Williams (Norman 'Jay Bird') Ross, Gretta (Anthony) Betsill, John Henry (Tasha) Brown, Bernard Brown, Fran (Dion) Jones, Roderick 'Nick' Brown, Gabrielle Brown and and Gable 'Peter Red' (Anitra) Brown.
Angela was predeceased by her siblings, James Thomas, Nathaniel and Sampson Williams.
Also surviving are: her fourteen grandchildren; her aunts and uncles; her mother-in-law, Mrs. Delores S. Mitchell; her father-in-law, Lorenzo 'Lap' Black; other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at 1300 Old Anderson Mill Road, Moore, SC.
