My childhood best friend, for years I tried finding you after I moved away and lost touch. I missed you so dearly and just wanted to reconnect. Today as I learned of your passing, my heart breaks! I know it’s been years but for me it feels like today. On this earth I’ll never get the chance to reconnect but one day we will! I will miss you until I see you

10 years of missing you. It still hurts. Remembering your beautiful magical smile and the power of your love is a comfort. Knowing you are with God and that we will be with you again is a blessing that so many don't have. In that we are blessed. You are loved my sweet girl and missed and never forgotten.

Angela, it feels like just yesterday you were here, how time goes by so fast. I do not understand why you had to leave but thank God that I had a chance to know you and be blessed by it. I will see you again. Thinking of your family and knowing that emptiness which is there in their lives.

5 years of wishing you were here. I love you always and know you are watching over us. There is an emptiness that cannot be filled or explained even though we know you are with God. One day this will make sense.

Angela - you are so often a part of the stories we tell in our house (always in laughter) - the unintentional rewording of worship choruses (hippo ... )instead of Jehovah Jireh). Your laugh, smiles and quick wit are always remembered. I am thankful for all the memories - the camping, the sneaky planning of parties - your presence was vibrant and full of life, and we think of you often. See you in Heaven.

3 years, its hard to believe. I miss your beautiful face, brilliant mind and insanely funny sarcasm. This was a good season on the office, you would have really enjoyed it. I miss the "little things". I took them for granted. I wish I could steal back some time just to do more "little things" together, and to tell you how much joy it brought me just to be near you.

Angela, sweet angel.
Oh how time is flying by so very quickly yet when I look at your beautiful face in your pictures and see that smile, knowing you are with the Lord it makes it easier to bear.
Though I am sure that for your family the pain is still there over you leaving so young, yet we have that hope in Christ to know that we will see each other again.
So my sweet sister-in-Christ.
See you soon for this is a New Year "2008" the year of new beginings and maybe Christ's return.

Most days, it feels like we just found out you were taken.Nobody understands. Its still unebelievable. I Miss you, you told me once I was so "bloody authentic" its the best compliment of my life. You always did that, find the true grit of someone and validate it out of pure unselfishness and far-reaching insight. Things are less real with you gone, less authentic, you are the authentic one, hysterically funny and sassy, sensitive and strong, too smart for most to truly get! I look and listen for you everywhere, in crowds, forrests,in songs. We love you. Can you whisper something so we know you're still here? Thank you for each precious memory.

Angela was four when we first met her (and Ann was pregnant with the twins). She became the “leader of the pack” for all of our kids. We will always remember the times we had with Angela in our home, in St Albert. When she volunteered at Birch Bay Ranch she was loved. The girl had “presence” even though she didn’t like to be the centre of attention. We’ll remember her laugh and the freckles on her nose. Angela was as sharp as a whip and as caring as an angel. She was empathetic, compassionate, successful and selfless. She mentored others in life. In that, her legacy endures.

To Chris, Ann, Jordan, Aaron, and Karla,
You have all been a significant part of my life, I can't even remember when you were first introduced into my life, you guys have always been a constant. I love you all deeply, and I love Angela deeply. Angela had the unique ability of getting my attention, and she is one of the few people I would ever allow to teach me something. I always looked up to her, always. I never had an older sibling and so I found that older sibling in angela. I always have and always will think of your family as an extention of my own. My prayers are with you, my thoughts are with you, and even my dreams are with you.

Dear Chris and Ann;
How well we remember our small group gatherings at your home on the campus of John Abbot. We will never forget the wonderful times as you opened your home. A special treat was getting to see Angela each time we arrived. Even though we only knew Angela as a small child, we certainly do remember what a delight she was. Dear Chris, Ann, Jordan, Karla & Aaron:
We were deeply saddened by the shocking news of Angela's death. May it comfort you to know that so many people are praying for you and sharing in your loss.
We only knew Angela as a child and young teen. She made an impact on our family during those short years. The one image that comes to me was of her at about age 10, singing the song in one of our Christmas Musicals entitled: What's Going On In There? ...It was the scene where the shepherds came to the manger. Now that she's in heaven, I'd like to ask her, "What's Going On Up There"? She must be singing with the angels and worshipping at the throne of God.
To you, her family, be reminded about the thought written in a song that encourages you to "Hold on, my child, Joy will come .... Weeping only lasts for the night". God sees your tears. He has promised to never leave you or forsake you. He will comfort you. He is Your refuge and strength to face the coming days and weeks ahead.
Our love and prayers are with you.

Dear Chris, Anne and family:
My sincere condolences, I am praying for you all. Angela, taken far too soon, far too young. You will see her again, as is the promise of eternal life with Jesus.
In the meantime we remember the girl she was and the woman she became. I will always remember the antics of Angela and Isaac growing up in LEC each getting the other into trouble, one besting the other. And we the parents trying to figure out the spiders web of he said she said... I'm sure they had the last laugh too many times. Angela's days have just begun as she walks and talks with Jesus Christ of Nazareth as we to shall do one day. Until then she will be greatly and deeply missed.

Angela will always be remembered as such a wonderful person by everybody who she ever encountered. Little things will constantly remind us of her kind heart and wonderful smile and personality. It might be the picture on the wall, or the subtle things like the tape on the window in the ER that she put because it just kept falling open. She really was an angel sent to touch our lives. We will all miss her dearly.

I wish all of Angela's family my sincere and deepest sympathy. I am grateful to have known Angela and shared some special times working with her in the ED MGH. Her bubbly sense of humour, her quick wit, her easy smile and infectious laugh will always remain with us. Her sudden departure has left us numb and disbelieving, but knowing that she is spending her "alone time" with God is comforting. I enjoyed knowing another side of her after meeting her family, and I will always hold great memories of her.
