What a lovely and special lady. I was fortunate to know you since we were 15 years old and there was never a time when I didn't consider you and your family as friends. I knew your struggle had become difficult in recent months and prayed for you and your beautiful family quite often. God took another Angel to Heaven. You will be so missed.

Dr. Angela Wingo worked at Lindenwood University in Belleville where I served as a server in the cafeteria and worked for Pedestal Foods. She was the most loving, kind hearted, and the voice that anyone could turn to at anytime if you needed to say something to her. She would always listen. To me she never had a mean bone in her body. I give all of my condolences to the family of Dr. Wingo and there is no one who could or can replace her spot. She was loved by so many people. I got to know her over this last year while fighting this battle and she always kept up her beautiful smile and courageousness. She was a fighter. With all love and hope I will never forget you Dr. Wingo. You amazed me in so many ways. Love you always and we will all miss you at Lindenwood University in Belleville.
