My condolences to the Bridgeman family. Mrs. B was a great lady and someone who showed me true kindness, as I'm sure she did with anybody. When I was a high school friend of Cara's, Mr. and Mrs. B welcomed me to their home and cottage. I even stayed at their place in Calgary for a while, when Mrs. B helped me deal with a demanding new job. She always laughed at my jokes and made me feel special, even when I would kid her. Best of all, she showed through warm heart and positive outlook how to live life to the fullest.

Wow this is big. The Bridgeman's have been an integral part of my family since before I was born. Growing up, the Bridgeman household was close to a second home for my family as well as for almost all of the neighbourhood kids.. Always warm and inviting, Mrs. Bridgemen taught us all how to swim before she learned herself. MANY fond memories or playing, staying over, impromptu singing and acting performances by Cara, Leta and myself, always met by a round of applause and smiles by Mr. & Mrs. B Halloween (Mrs. B's endless supply of dress-up costume items and Mr. B's active participation in the festivities - with my Father). Even though I had not seen Mrs. Bridgemen frequently in recent years, knowing she is gone will leave a huge void. Eric, Leah and I all have fond memories of being at the cottage and of get-togethers with the family which, while less frequent in recent years, were always full of laughter and fun. We will remember Mrs. B always with affection and love. Our condolences to the whole Bridgeman clan.
